At Quality Home Improvements, we offer free shipping on all orders over $1000 within the Perth metro area. For all other orders, a delivery fee will apply. To obtain a delivery fee estimate, please send an email to email@example.com
Quality Home Improvements will endeavour to stock and deliver all items with a 7-14 Business day turnaround time.
If this cannot be achieved you will be advised via email.
Please note that shipping times may be up to 10 weeks depending on stock levels.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. For returns, please send the product to our address: 4 Exhibition Drive, Malaga, 6090 Western Australia.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For added security, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items over $75.00. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange on our products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty). For change of mind there is a 100% restocking fee.
If you notice a product is faulty or damaged, you are required to notify our team within 48 hours from time of delivery/collection to arrange for an exchange or refund (providing items have not been used or tampered with). A proof of purchase will be required in order for us to process your exchange or refund.
Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
