### Refunds (If Applicable)
**General Policy:**
Unfortunately, refunds, credits, or exchanges due to change of mind are not offered. Additionally, there is a 100% restocking fee applied for change of mind returns. However, if a product is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, customers may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
**Faulty or Damaged Products:**
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- You must notify our team within 7 days from the time of delivery or collection.
- The product must not have been used or tampered with.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect via email to admin@qualityhomes.net.au.
**Return Inspection:**
Upon inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email to inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
**Refund Processing:**
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.
### Late or Missing Refunds
1. **Check Your Bank Account:** First, recheck your bank account.
2. **Contact Your Credit Card Company:** There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted by your credit card issuer.
3. **Contact Your Bank:** There could be some processing time before a refund is posted in your account.
4. **Still No Refund?** If you have done all the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au.
### Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please send details and proof of defect to admin@qualityhomes.net.au.
