Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING
For orders under $1000, a delivery fee will apply.
To obtain an estimate for door-to-door delivery, please email us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
STANDARD DELIVERY
We aim to supply and deliver all items within 3 - 6 weeks. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified via email.
EXTENDED SHIPPING TIMES
Please be aware that shipping times may extend up to 14 weeks depending on stock availability.
Note: Deliveries are carried out by an external courier and will be made outside your home. If you require the delivery to a specific location, please request this in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it in all cases. Regardless, we will notify you when the delivery is scheduled to take place.

COLLECTION OUTSIDE WESTERN AUSTRALIA
For deliveries outside of Western Australia, orders can be collected from a state depot.

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE PERTH METRO AREA
For deliveries within the Perth Metro Area - orders will be delivered door to door for $295.00 or free to collect from our local warehouse after order is completed. 
 

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us at admin@qualityhomes.net.au within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the defect in your email. Once the return is approved, please send the item back to us using the instructions provided with the return approval.

EXCHANGES
The delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

SHIPPING SECURITY
For added security, particularly for items valued over $500.00, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for both receiving and returning items.
