No we offer Australia-wide delivery direct to your local depot.
You will then need to pickup the item yourself from the depot or use an independent courier to collect and deliver.
Yes Perth metro customers will receive delivery direct to their front verge.
1 or 2 packages will be delivered using a large truck & hiab crane please note the truck will NOT drive on grass or driveways. All deliveries are placed on the front verge next to the properties front kerb.

Warranty Terms
All materials supplied by Quality Home Improvements carry a 12-month material warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
Quality Home Improvements also provides a 7-year structural warranty on all kits. The structural warranty applies solely to the structural integrity and load-bearing performance of the framework under normal residential use and installation conditions.
The 7-year structural warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic deterioration
- General wear and tear
- Surface corrosion or environmental damage
- Material movement or distortion caused by misuse, impact, excessive weight, or external forces
- Material longevity or appearance retention
- Damage resulting from the structure being walked on, modified, overloaded, or used outside its intended purpose
The structural warranty specifically means the patio or pergola system will remain structurally sound and fit for its intended purpose during the warranty period. It does not guarantee that individual components will remain visually perfect or free from isolated damage over time.
Any warranty claim is subject to photo inspection, installation compliance, and assessment by Quality Home Improvements.

If damage is found, take clear photos of the damage and note the location of the product.

Step 5: Prepare for installation
Ensure the installation area, tools, and requirements are ready.
Step 6: Install the product
Install the product following the installation instructions.

Any product that has been cut, modified, used, or installed will be deemed accepted in its condition and will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
All products must be inspected prior to installation. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in accordance with Step 4 before any cutting, use, or installation occurs.
